YOUNI AI provides YOUNI AI at youniai.app. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service or help anyone else misuse it.

• Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the service.
• Do not upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or content that infringes others' rights.

4. Intellectual Property and License

YOUNI AI and its licensors retain all rights in the service.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for its intended purpose while you comply with these Terms.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Price Changes

Paid plans are subscription-based and automatically renew until canceled.

If you cancel, your access continues through the end of the current paid billing period, then renewals stop.

We may change subscription pricing, and we do not commit to a fixed minimum notice period for price changes. Updated pricing will apply on a forward-looking basis as permitted by law.

6. Refunds

All purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Our refund policy at /refund-policy is incorporated into these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YOUNI AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid to us for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless YOUNI AI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or created risk or harm.

Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and governing law.

11. Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Any dispute, claim, or controversy related to these Terms or the service will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except claims that may be brought in small claims court where applicable.

Arbitration proceedings will be conducted online/remote unless applicable law requires otherwise.

You and YOUNI AI waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing contact@devdayne.tech with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of laws rules, except to the extent preempted by U.S. federal law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version and revise the effective date.

Your continued use of the service after updates become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
